usage method:1. Firstly, wear the air respirator according to the instructions of the positive pressure air respirator
2. Pull open the sealed zipper of the chemical protective suit, insert it into the right foot first, then into the left foot, pull the suit to half waist, and then cover the backpack with an air respirator.
3. Take a few breaths first, confirm that your breathing and everything else is normal, then put on two sleeves, wear a large window one-piece hood, and close the sealed zipper.
4. After completing the homework, take off the chemical protective suit and remove the air respirator in the safe area. The operation sequence is:
A、 Open the sealed zipper, remove the large window integrated hood, and take off the two sleeves.
B、 Remove the full face cover and turn off the gas cylinder switch.
C、 Remove the chemical protective suit and the air respirator.
matters needing attention:1. The valve plate and valve of the overpressure exhaust valve of the fully enclosed chemical protective suit should be kept clean to prevent foreign objects from causing air leakage.
2. Before use, check if the chemical protective suit is damaged or leaking, and if so, repair it before use.
3. Assistance and observation should be provided when wearing and removing chemical protective clothing, wearing and removing air respirators, and working at the work site. To ensure the convenience of staff wearing and taking off, as well as the safety during work.
Maintenance and storage:1. After each use, according to the pollution situation, rinse with clean water, soapy water, or 0.5% -1% sodium carbonate aqueous solution, then rinse with clean water, and store in a cool and ventilated place after drying.
2. Chemical protective clothing should be hung and stored indoors, and should not be folded or squeezed.
3. When storing, keep away from heat sources, avoid exposure to sunlight, and avoid contact with active chemicals and oils.
4. Chemical protective clothing should be stored in a clean, dry, well ventilated warehouse with a room temperature of 5-35 ℃ and a relative humidity of 40% -80%.
