According to the GAl24-2004 standard preparation requirements, the prototype number ZHK series is changed to RHZK series. Among them: R is personal equipment. H is the product category code respirator, ZK is the product feature code: Z is positive pressure, K is air, F is composite bottle.

Components:
The RHZKF series positive pressure air respirator consists of 12 components, and the characteristics of each component are introduced as follows:
1. Face mask:For a large field of view face window, suitable for Asian facial shapes, the face window lenses are made of polycarbonate material, which has high transparency, strong wear resistance, and anti fog function. The mesh hood wearing method is comfortable and convenient to wear, and the gel is made of silicone, which is non-toxic, odorless, non irritating, and has good air tightness performance.
2. Gas cylinder:The aluminum inner carbon fiber fully wrapped composite gas cylinder has a pressure of 30MPa, is lightweight, strong, and has good safety performance. It has a large storage capacity and a long service life. The cylinder valve has a high-pressure protection device.
3. Bottle strap group:The bottle belt card is a fast cam locking mechanism that ensures that the bottle belt is always in a closed loop state. The gas cylinder will not flip over.
4. Shoulder strap:Made of flame-retardant polyester fabric, the shoulder strap adopts a double-sided adjustable structure, allowing the weight to fall on the waist and hips, reducing the pressure of the shoulder strap on the chest, and making breathing smooth. And there is a wide elastic pad on the shoulder strap to reduce pressure on the shoulders.
5. Alarm whistle:Placed on the chest, the alarm sound is easy to distinguish, with a small size and light weight.
6. Pressure gauge:Large dial with night vision function, equipped with rubber protective cover.
7. Gas cylinder valve:Equipped with high-voltage safety devices, the opening torque is small.
8. Pressure reducer:Small size, high flow rate, and stable output pressure.
9. Back support:The design of the backrest conforms to ergonomic principles and is injection molded from carbon fiber composite materials. It has flame retardant and anti-static functions, is lightweight and sturdy, and is lined with elastic pads on the inside of the backrest to provide comfort for the wearer.
10. Belt group:Buckle locking, easy to adjust.
11. Quick connector:Compact, one handed operation, with locking and anti slip function.
12. Supply valve:Simple structure, strong functionality, large output flow rate, with bypass output, and small size.
