purpose
The RJ2 series well type tempering resistance furnace is an energy-saving periodic operation electric furnace used for tempering general metal parts in air, as well as quenching, annealing, and aging heat treatment of light alloy parts such as aluminum alloy die-casting parts, pistons, and aluminum plates.
Structure Introduction
The structure of the RJ2 series well tempering resistance furnace is similar to the internationally recognized standard well furnace. The shell is made of cylindrical furnace body made of steel plate and section steel. The inner surface of the furnace cover is made of stainless steel plate. The furnace lining is constructed with ultra lightweight 0.6g/cm3 energy-saving microporous refractory insulation bricks. Aluminum silicate fiber felt insulation is placed between the furnace lining and shell, and the remaining gaps are filled and expanded to stone powder. The resistance wire is made of 0Cr25AL5 high resistance alloy wire wound in a spiral shape and installed on the wire support brick of the furnace. There is a stainless steel loading basket placed inside the furnace. The furnace cover is lifted and lowered manually using a lifting rod. In order to evenly heat the workpiece, a hot air circulation fan made of heat-resistant stainless steel shaft and fan blades is installed on the furnace cover. During the heating process, hot air circulates up and down in the furnace to ensure uniform heating of the workpiece. To ensure operational safety, a limit switch is installed near the lifting mechanism, which is interlocked with the power supply of the electric furnace control cabinet. When the furnace cover is closed (during operation), the power is turned on. When the furnace cover is opened, the time limit switch cuts off the control power, so the power supply to the heating element is also cut off to ensure safe operation. The electric furnace is equipped with an automatic temperature control cabinet and thermocouple when it leaves the factory.
