The RT series vacuum resistance furnace is a device used for heating in a vacuum environment. Connect the furnace sealed with a metal casing or quartz glass casing to a high vacuum pump system through pipelines. The vacuum degree of the furnace can reach 133 × (10-2~10-4) Pa. The heating system inside the furnace can be directly heated by electric resistance furnace wire (such as tungsten wire) or high-frequency induction heating. The high temperature of Z can reach around 3000 ℃.
