This production line has the characteristics of advanced control, significant JN, and easy maintenance. The workpiece conveying adopts high-temperature resistant metal mesh belt and electromagnetic stepless speed regulation. Design a high working temperature of 1000 ℃. The entire heating area adopts PID non-contact automatic power adjustment control, multi zone temperature control, and is equipped with multi-point recorders to print the working status of each zone. The heating zone is equipped with a C-temperature alarm and automatic shutdown capability. The gas source is protected by an ammonia furnace equipped with a gas purification device. The furnace body is equipped with bidirectional explosion-proof ports.
