Radar level gauges are used for non-contact continuous measurement of the level of liquids, slurries, and particulate materials, and are suitable for situations with large temperature and pressure changes, as well as the presence of inert gases or vapors. It adopts the measurement method of microwave pulse (PTOF) and can operate normally in the industrial frequency band range. The beam energy is low and can be installed in various metal and non-metal containers or pipelines, without causing harm to the human body and the environment.

Radar level meterIt is a microwave level gauge, which is an application of microwave (radar) positioning technology. It is transmitted through a device that can emit energy waves (usually pulse signals), which are reflected by obstacles and received by a receiving device. Determine the level change based on the time difference of the measured energy wave motion process. The microwave signal is processed by electronic devices and ultimately converted into an electrical signal related to the material level In microwave level measurement equipment, the energy waves used are usually high-frequency electromagnetic waves. The energy wave used by this device is pulse energy wave. The maximum pulse energy of a typical pulse energy wave is around 1mW (with an average power of around 1 μ W), which will not cause radiation damage to other equipment or personnel.
