Box material:

Install an observation window at the center of the test chamber door to observe changes in the indoor sample. The observation window is made of three-layer hollow tempered glass and double layered laminated conductive film on the inside and outside, which has the advantages of transparency, heat insulation, and is not prone to steam frosting. Rapid temperature change circulation boxWorking Principle:
(1) Refrigeration principle: using air-cooled piston compression cascade refrigeration method; The refrigeration method adopts vapor compression refrigeration, which utilizes the latent heat of evaporation of liquids such as Freon to absorb heat from the cooled object and achieve refrigeration. In the process of vapor compression refrigeration cycle, the liquid entering the evaporator through expansion valve or capillary tube throttling absorbs the latent heat of evaporation from surrounding objects and evaporates. After evaporation, it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure gas that is sucked in by the refrigeration compressor. After compression by the compressor, it becomes a high-temperature and high-pressure gas that enters the condenser, where it is cooled into a high-pressure liquid, and then enters the evaporator through expansion valve or capillary tube. This cycle repeats, absorbing heat from low temperature to achieve refrigeration, and releasing heat from high temperature.
(2) The heating principle is much simpler compared to the refrigeration system, mainly composed of high-power resistance wires. Due to the high heating rate required for the rapid temperature change test chamber (usually requiring a rise of 5 ℃/min), the heating system power of the rapid temperature change test chamber is relatively high.
