Overview
The CXS series cooling imaging colorimeter is a 2600/61 million pixel high-resolution and high-precision imaging colorimeter independently developed by our company. It uses SONY back illuminated COMS sensors, high-precision matched CIE XYZ filters, and two-stage TEC semiconductor cooling technology. It can operate in a set constant temperature environment, greatly reducing sensor noise and achieving good signal-to-noise ratio. The measurement results do not change with the ambient temperature. It can meet the testing needs of various light-emitting devices such as illuminated key symbols, illuminated keyboards, and screen backlights in industries such as automotive, display, lighting, and electronics, and is equipped with user-friendly software design.
