Purpose: To collect monitoring information in real-time and transmit it to the dam monitoring center for analysis and processing. With the aim of closely integrating modern industrial automation control, modern communication technology, computer network technology, database technology, geographic information technology, and information analysis and prediction technology with the needs of dam monitoring business, a highly automated dam monitoring system will be built to achieve automation of monitoring data collection, networked transmission, standardized processing, and scientific analysis. This will improve the accuracy of water information collection, transmission, processing, analysis, and forecasting, and provide scientific basis for decision-making and command of emergency rescue and disaster relief by dam management departments at all levels.
