The remote real-time cost control application for marketing is based on customer related information and prepaid fees from marketing business applications. It automatically calculates the remaining electricity bill amount for customers based on real-time (quasi real time) electricity meter reading information pushed by the electricity consumption information collection system. After comparing it with benchmark values such as alarm amount and overdraft threshold amount, it completes the process of warning, tripping, and closing/restoring instructions.

The marketing remote real-time cost control application interacts with the electricity information collection system and the negative control system, providing real-time electricity cost calculation capabilities based on the received meter reading readings, and pushing the calculation results and strategy applications to the marketing business application. The marketing business application is responsible for executing the strategy application. During the strategy application process, some strategy applications need to be completed through SMS, while others need to be processed through customer service and interactive websites. Therefore, marketing business applications need to be horizontally integrated with the NetEase SMS platform, vertically integrated with the customer service business support system and customer service intelligent interactive website in the headquarters customer service system, to achieve strategic application execution for various different situations.

Main functions

The functional architecture diagram of the Neusoft Marketing Remote Real time Cost Control System is as follows:

Cost control benchmark strategy management:Develop various standard strategies for cost control business based on the user classification, electricity consumption situation, strategy application time, credit rating, etc. of electricity customers. Including cost control strategy standard management, instruction delay issuance strategy management, and credit threshold standard management.

Electricity bill calculation:Calculate the electricity consumption and fees for various types of customers based on their meter reading data, customer profile information, and the implemented electricity pricing standards. Electricity calculation refers to the calculation of various types of electricity, including recorded electricity, transformer loss electricity, line loss electricity, deducted electricity (main sub meter, transfer, fixed ratio and quantity), and refunded and replenished electricity, to obtain the calculated electricity; Then calculate various electricity bills by measuring the electricity consumption and corresponding electricity prices. The calculation of electricity bills includes the calculation of various types of electricity bills, such as catalog electricity bills, basic electricity bills, power factor adjustment electricity bills, and collection electricity bills. After the calculation is completed, the calculated electricity and fee information will be automatically reviewed according to the set review rules, and the users who pass the review will be compared against the benchmark.

Cost control strategy execution management:Automatically receive strategy application requests generated by marketing distributed cost control applications, issue warnings, cancel warnings, power outages, and restore power instructions, and perform tasks such as reminders and deductions.

Technical Characteristics

The remote real-time cost control system of Neusoft Marketing adopts the distributed architecture of Neusoft Energy Business to reconstruct the cost control calculation module and work order processing module. The distributed architecture is shown in the following figure:
