(1) Repair of motor fan and fan cover
When the external fan or fan cover of the electric motor is damaged, attention should be paid to the distance between the fan and the fan cover, baffle, and fasteners, which should not be less than 1% of the fan diameter, at least 1mm, to avoid friction and collision sparks. If replacing the external fan, the magnesium content of the aluminum alloy fan should not exceed 6%. If replacing with a plastic fan, accessories that have undergone explosion-proof testing should be selected. When repairing or replacing the fan cover, its protection level should meet the requirements of explosion-proof standards.
(2) Repair of explosion-proof shell

If small defects are found on the explosion-proof surface, they can be repaired according to the requirements of GB3836.13. Changing the roughness and coating of the outer surface of the motor should consider the impact on the surface temperature and temperature group of the motor.
