The GSH-30 series anti rotation level controller is widely used in modern industrial production processes and storage departments, for monitoring or controlling the level of powdered and granular materials in open containers. Compared with similar products in the market, it has the following characteristics:

1. The main exposed components are made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or advanced engineering plastic materials, which have the advantages of dust prevention, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance, and no pollution to the environment. GSH-30 can be used in harsh environments such as food processing, grain storage, and industrial high dust;

2. The output shaft adopts an overload protection device, which can effectively avoid damage to the motor and reducer caused by improper use or abnormal external forces;

3. In order to adapt to the different densities of various materials and facilitate installation and adjustment, a sensitivity five level adjustment device and two selectable installation methods, as well as multiple monitoring blade specifications, have been set up;

GSH-30 has an overheat protection device and can work normally in environments below 250 degrees Celsius.

The working principle of the anti rotation controller is to use an AC micro motor to drive the monitoring blades to rotate slowly after deceleration. When the material level rises and the rotation of the blades is blocked, the detection mechanism will generate rotational displacement around the spindle. This displacement first activates a micro switch, emitting a signal indicating the presence of material. Subsequently, another micro switch is activated to cut off the power supply to the micro motor, causing it to stop rotating. As long as the material level in the warehouse remains unchanged, this state will be maintained indefinitely.

When the material level drops and the detection blade is no longer obstructed, the detection mechanism relies on the spring tension to restore its original state. Firstly, a micro switch is activated to turn on the motor power and rotate it. Subsequently, another micro switch action sends out a no material signal, and as long as there is no material blocking the rotation of the monitoring blade, this state will be maintained indefinitely.
