Ripple flame arrester ZGB
overview
ZGB-1 new corrugated oil storage tank flame arrester is a new product designed by Beijing Design Institute of China Petrochemical Corporation. It has been tested and qualified by Tianjin Fire Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security according to the GB5908-86 standard of the People's Republic of China. This product is widely used in oil storage tanks to prevent accidental fire from entering the tank and prevent accidents. It is an ideal product for tank fire prevention.
Performance and characteristics
The flame arrester has a reasonable structure, light weight, corrosion resistance, and qualified explosion resistance performance. It has been tested for 13 consecutive subsonic flame tests and is easy to maintain. It is easy to install and does not require disassembly of the breathing valve during inspection. The fire resistance performance is qualified, and there is no tempering phenomenon after 1 hour of fire resistance test.
The flame arrester core is made of stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The shell water pressure test is qualified.
scope of application
This flame arrester is suitable for pipelines, Class A with a flash point below 28 ℃, oil products, hydrogen oxygen liquefaction, and kerosene, diesel, toluene, crude oil, etc. with a flash point below 60 ℃. It can be used in conjunction with a breathing valve or as a standalone device on the ventilation pipes of internal floating roof oil tanks and underground oil tanks at gas stations.
Repair and maintenance
In order to ensure the safe use of flame arresters, they should be regularly inspected and maintained.
The flame arrester should be inspected every six months to check whether the flame arrester core is blocked, deformed, corroded, etc.
The blocked fire-resistant layer core should be cleaned thoroughly to ensure that each hole on the core is unobstructed, and any deformed or corroded fire-resistant layer should be replaced.
When reinstalling the fire-resistant layer core, it should be ensured that the joint surface is tight and there is no air leakage.
