The roller type raw material crusher is suitable for crushing medium and high hardness materials in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, building materials, and refractory materials. This series of roller crushers mainly consists of rollers, roller support bearings, clamping and adjusting devices, and driving devices. Adjustment of discharge particle size: A wedge-shaped or shim adjustment device is installed between the two rollers, and the wedge-shaped device is equipped with an adjustment bolt. When the adjustment bolt pulls up the wedge block, the wedge block pushes the movable roller wheel away from the fixed wheel.

The roller crusher crushes the crushed material into the space between two rollers through the feeding port, compresses and crushes it, and the finished material naturally falls down. When encountering hard or unbreakable objects, the rollers of the roller crusher can automatically retract by the action of hydraulic cylinders or springs, increasing the gap between the rollers and preventing the hard or unbreakable objects from falling, thus protecting the machine from damage. The two rollers rotating in opposite directions have a certain gap, and changing the gap can control the large discharge particle size of the product. The double roll crusher uses a pair of circular rollers that rotate in opposite directions, while the four roll crusher uses two pairs of circular rollers that rotate in opposite directions for crushing operations.

Precautions for using the roller type raw material crusher:

1) We need to strengthen the iron removal work for mines. Non broken objects (such as drill bits) falling between the double rollers can damage the crusher and cause parking accidents. So an iron removal device should be installed before the crusher.

2) Viscous materials are prone to clogging and crushing spaces. When dealing with blockage faults, the vehicle should be stopped for handling and mining should not be carried out during operation.

3) When dealing with materials containing a large amount of large chunks, it is important to note that large chunks of ore can easily be squeezed out of the crushing space to prevent injury or equipment damage.

4) After running the roller crusher for a long time, the wear of the roller surface can cause the product particle size to be too fine. At this time, attention should be paid to adjusting the discharge port or repairing the equipment.

5) Strengthen the inspection of the double roll crusher equipment, lubricate the lubrication parts of the equipment on time, and maintain good lubrication status of the equipment.
