They can perform batch heat treatment such as continuous quenching, isothermal tempering, and soft nitriding on small, medium, and large mechanical parts under a protective atmosphere.

The quenching flame brightness and isothermal tempering quality of this series of roller type mesh belt furnaces are superior to similar conventional equipment. Especially suitable for isothermal quenching of thin steel workpieces and spring clamps. The isothermal quenching furnace can eliminate traditional post heat treatment processes such as cleaning and tempering, reducing the process. After isothermal quenching, the product quality is stable, the heat treatment performance is improved, the product is non oxidized, the glossiness is good, and the phenomenon of soft clamping and insufficient hardness is avoided. It is a new replacement product for traditional mesh belt furnaces. It has successfully solved many technical problems that are difficult to solve with the muffle mesh belt furnace, such as the short service life, difficult maintenance, insufficient quenching flame brightness, and poor carburizing ability of the three heat-resistant steel parts such as muffle cans.
