This series of drum continuous resistance furnaces can be used for high-temperature heat treatment of various small parts and standard components in industries such as light industry, textile, instrumentation, electrical appliances, bearings, sanding, etc., especially suitable for large-scale production of small parts, such as cutting sheet raw material heating, bicycle parts, sewing machine parts, bearing balls, rollers and other parts.
The advantages of this series of products are that the heat treatment quality of the parts is uniform, they can be used in multiple furnaces, have high productivity, and are easy to operate and maintain.
This electric furnace is composed of furnace body, rotary mechanism, control system, feeding machine and other components.
1. Furnace body
The furnace body is composed of a main body, a bracket, and a feeding rack. The main body consists of a furnace shell, furnace lining, and furnace tank. In order to facilitate the installation, disassembly, and maintenance of the furnace tank, both ends are connected by bolts.
The refractory layer of the furnace lining is made of lightweight refractory bricks, and the insulation layer is made of aluminum silicate refractory fibers and expanded perlite blocks. The heating element is a resistance strip fixed with ceramic nails.
The furnace can be made of cast steel or welded, with thick heat-resistant steel plates used for welding. There are two anti mixing reinforcing plates inside. The front end of the furnace is supported by rollers, and the rear end is supported by fixed bearing seats. When the furnace expands and contracts due to temperature changes, it can freely expand and contract.
2. Rotating device
The rotating device consists of a motor, gearbox, large and small chain wheels, chains, etc., and the rotating speed can be adjusted as needed.
3. Control system
The control system is installed inside the control cabinet and consists of two parts: a temperature control system and a traditional system.
4. Loading system
The feeding system consists of a feeding rack, a hoist, and a vibration machine. The material is lifted by the hoist and sent to the vibration machine, which is then adjusted to the required frequency to send the product into the furnace for high-temperature treatment.
