Compared with traditional high-temperature curing equipment, the room temperature curing box can complete the material curing process without additional heating or with only low-temperature assistance, which fully demonstrates its advantages in handling heat sensitive materials.

Room temperature curing box combines physical rotation and chemical curing technology. The motor drives the tray/drum to rotate the items, ensuring uniform contact with the curing environment on all sides and avoiding uneven static curing.

The curing methods include UV light (320-390nm), hot air or catalysts, etc. UV type achieves molecular crosslinking through photoinitiators without the need for high temperature. Temperature control range from room temperature to 100 ℃, with an accuracy of ± 2 ℃; The speed can be adjusted from 0-30rpm to adapt to different workpieces.

Shell: High quality cold-rolled steel plate/stainless steel, rust proof spray treatment.

Insulation layer: filled with aluminum silicate fiber or polyester foam to reduce heat loss.

Box door: Silicone sealing strip+mechanical lock buckle, some with reflective mirror surface (UV model). The front door is the main option, and large equipment can choose lifting/sliding doors.

Rotating mechanism

Type: Tray type (flat rotation) or drum type (batch processing).

Drive: stepper/servo motor+reduction device, adjustable speed (0-30rpm).

Design: Dynamic balance system to reduce vibration; The drive system is external for easy maintenance.

Curing system

UV curing: High pressure mercury lamp (320-390nm, lifespan 1000h) or UVLED (395nm, energy-saving and long-lasting), equipped with mirror reflection to optimize light intensity.

Hot air curing: electric heating tube/PTC heater+centrifugal/axial fan, temperature difference within ± 2 ℃.
