3. The coal tar content index of gas should comply with the provisions of TJ28-78 urban gas specification design;

4. The bearing temperature should not exceed 85 degrees Celsius;

5. The temperature of the lubricating oil should not exceed 65 degrees Celsius;

6. The indicated pressure on the fan must not exceed the pressure range specified on the label. Otherwise, the system must be stopped to check if the inlet is blocked, if all inlet and outlet valves are closed, if there is friction between the static and dynamic parts in the fan, and other related issues, and corresponding measures must be taken.

Measures to reduce aeration rate of Roots blower:

1. Adjust the speed of the Roots blower

Add a frequency conversion control cabinet to the motor of the Roots blower, and adjust the aeration rate of the fan by adjusting the rotation frequency of the motor. This is a simple method to control air volume, but the price of the variable frequency control cabinet is expensive. If we need to adjust the air volume, we can customize a frequency converter and install it. If the air volume is larger and has little impact, then we don't need to worry about these.

2. Adjust the bypass valve

When selecting Roots blowers, if the model is too large and the air volume is too high, we can adjust the bypass valve to slightly increase the air leakage. This adjustment can also play a role in adjusting the air volume, but we cannot adjust the air volume, we can only make rough adjustments. If you choose a larger model, there are still certain drawbacks. Firstly, it consumes more energy, which not only costs more when purchasing, but also makes it more expensive to use.
