Product Details
1. Work purpose:
This tester is suitable for testing the repeated flexural damage resistance of rubber coated fabrics, providing reference for improving fabrics.
2. Working principle:
Fold a rectangular rubber coated fabric strip twice, overlapping its long edges to form a 125mm x 12.5mm strip. Install this folded strip between a pair of flat fixtures, one of which can move back and forth, causing the folded specimen to bend outward 5 times per second. The high-speed folding of the sample continues until a predetermined number of cycles or significant damage occurs to the sample.
3. According to the experimental standards:
This tester is manufactured according to the requirements of testing standards such as BS 3424 P9, ISO 7854, and GB/T 12586.
