Rubber joints can be divided into five types according to their structure: single sphere, double sphere, reducer, bent sphere, and wind pressure coil. The tubular rubber component is composed of inner and outer layers of rubber, curtain layers, and steel wire rings, which are vulcanized and then combined with metal flanges or parallel joints to form a loose sleeve. This product can reduce vibration and noise, and compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes. It is widely used in various pipeline systems. Note:

1. Special requirements can be customized by letter or drawing. Flanges shall be in accordance with the "National General Water Supply and Drainage Standard Atlas", while others shall be in accordance with HG/T2289-92.

2. The working pressure of DN350-600 (2) type is 1.6MPa, and the working pressure of DN32-400 (3) type is 2.5MPa.

3. The working pressure of DN700-DN1200 is 1.0MPa, the working pressure of DN1400 is 0.6MPa, the working pressure of DN1600-DN1800 is 0.4MPa, and the flange is selected according to 0.6MPa. The working pressure of DN2000 is 0.25MPa, and the flange is selected based on a pressure of 0.6MPa.

4. When using products with a diameter of DN200 or above for suspended water supply, the pipeline must have fixed supports or brackets, otherwise anti pull devices should be installed on the product.

5. When users use rubber joints, the corresponding flange should be a valve flange or a flange that complies with GB/T9115.1 (RF).
