The motor and water pump work coaxially submerged in water. The flow passage components of the pump are made of high alloy wear-resistant materials, which have good wear resistance and a large flow channel. They are suitable for transporting media such as sediment, slurry, coal slurry, sand and gravel containing large solid particles.

The pre mixing impeller of the water pump can impact the sediment into high concentration turbulence, enabling the water pump to achieve high concentration suction without the need for auxiliary devices.

Structural features:

1. The whole machine is a dry pump type, and the motor adopts an oil chamber sealing method with a mechanical seal inside, which can effectively prevent high-pressure water and impurities from entering the motor cavity.

2. In addition to the main impeller, there is also a stirring impeller that can stir the sediment settled at the bottom of the water into turbulence and extract it.

3. The flow components such as impellers and stirring impellers are made of high hardness and high chromium cast steel, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has strong drainage ability, and can pass through larger solid particles.

4. The motor submerges underwater without being limited by suction, with a high slag absorption rate and more thorough dredging.
