SB-2100Series flow integratorIt is a product that meets the above requirements. It not only has traditional quality measurement, but also adds heat measurement, thermal difference measurement, power-off memory, password setting, quantitative output, timed printing, and communication networking. The product is displayed on digital tubes(SB-2000Series) and LCD display(SB-2100Series), can be directly matched with various flow meters in wiring, and is easy to operate.
1、 Introduction to SB-2100 Series Accumulator
SB-2100Series flow integratorIt adopts a 12864 graphic dot matrix LCD display and can measure the mass flow rate, heat flow rate, thermal difference, standard volume flow rate, etc. of the medium through a fully Chinese menu setting. This manual mainly introduces the SB-2100A, SB-2100B, SB-2100H, and SB-2100K integrators.

You can query the daily and monthly cumulative volume reports for the past year, as well as the last 20 power outage records, cumulative outage time, and cumulative outage frequency.
11Automatic repair function:
In addition to the software watchdog, the hardware system is equipped with a watchdog and a power on/off reset system. In case of program errors or unexpected crashes, the instrument can be forcibly restored to operation.
12Power outage protection function:
The calculation results inside the machine and the data set by the user will not be lost during power outage, and will be saved for more than ten years.
13Automatic judgment function for the conversion of superheated steam to saturated steam:
When the selected superheated steam is converted to saturated steam during operation, this instrument will automatically judge and compensate according to the density of saturated steam. If it is converted back to superheated steam, it will also automatically judge.

15Output power supply:
There are 2 groups in total, one group is 12V/1W, and the other group is 24V/2W; Two sets of power supplies are not grounded together.

This instrument can accept dual power supply of AC and DC power. When the AC power supply is cut off, it automatically uses DC 24V or 12V as the power supply for the instrument. When the AC power supply is restored, it automatically switches back to the AC power supply.

Note: When using Pt100 platinum resistor input, a three wire connection method should be used.
② When using Pt1000 platinum resistor input, only a two-wire connection is required.
③ 'f -' is the negative terminal of the 12V power supply, which is independent of the 0V of the 24V power supply. When using a 24V power supply to power the transmitter, the 24V of this instrument should be connected to the input (+) terminal of the transmitter, and the (-) terminal of the transmitter should be connected to the input (+) terminal of the differential pressure (pressure temperature change) channel of this instrument. 5、 Installation
This instrument adopts a card mounting method. Simply open the hole according to the opening size, push the instrument into the installation hole, and then fix it with a fixed bracket.
