Detection Principle
The magnetic balance electromagnetic induction method involves configuring excitation coils at both ends of the detection coil. The magnetic fields generated by two excitation coils cancel each other out near the detection coil, forming a magnetic circuit sensor. Normally, no induced voltage is generated in the detection coil, but when a sample lubricating grease containing iron powder is inserted into one side of the excitation coil, the magnetic balance is disrupted, causing the detection coil to generate induced voltage. Based on this induced voltage, the concentration of iron powder in the lubricating oil can be detected.
