Product Introduction:
Vibration velocity sensors belong to inertial sensing. It is the conversion of vibration signals into electrical signals using the principle of magneto electric induction. Can be used to measure the vibration of bearing seats, casings, or structures. The vibration measured by this sensor is relative to the vibration in free space, and its output voltage is proportional to the vibration velocity, so it is also known as a velocity based vibration sensor. The velocity can also be integrated and converted into displacement before further processing. This measurement can evaluate the comprehensive working conditions of rotating or reciprocating machinery, and it is directly installed outside the machine, making it extremely convenient to use and maintain. When working, the sensor is installed on the machine. When the machine vibrates, the coil and magnet move relative to each other within the working frequency range of the sensor, cutting the magnetic field lines and generating induced voltage in the coil. The voltage value is proportional to the vibration speed value. Paired with secondary instruments, it can display the magnitude of vibration velocity or displacement. It can also be transmitted to other secondary instruments or AC voltmeters for measurement
Overview of SE820 Vibration Speed Sensor
After being connected with vibration and intensity scales, vibration velocity sensors can measure various displacements, velocities, etc. The vibration of the rotor supported by rolling bearings will be sufficiently transmitted to the bearing seat. The speed sensor installed on the bearing seat or very close to the bearing housing will cut the magnetic field lines by the internal motion coil and output voltage, providing signals to the monitoring instrument for alarming mechanical faults.
