SJ-FC04 Dust Measurement Instrument Calibration DeviceIt is a testing equipment used to simulate dust airflow environment. The device generates a circulating airflow with a constant wind speed inside the wind turbine through a fan, and injects the tested dust particles into the wind turbine through a dust generating device, forming a circulating flow of dusty air. The device adopts a precise mechanical structure and advanced computer control algorithms to stabilize the dust concentration in the wind tower near the set value, with high accuracy.

Product Features

1. The dust generator adopts a gear disc continuous feeding method, combined with a Venturi tube to achieve uniform and dispersed dust generation effect. The main shaft of the dust generator is driven by a stepper motor, and the dust generation speed is stable and controllable.

2. It can continuously and automatically adjust the amount of dust generated, making the dust concentration in the air conditioner highly stable and known.
