Instructions for Use:

The usage environment should be kept clean regularly, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, there should be no debris at the inlet and outlet, and dust and other debris inside the fan and pipeline should be removed regularly.

It can only be operated under normal conditions of the wind turbine. Colleagues should ensure that the power supply facilities have sufficient capacity and stable voltage. It is strictly prohibited to operate without phase. The power supply line must be a line and temporary lines should not be used for long-term power supply.

During the operation of the fan, if abnormal noise is found, the motor is severely overheating, the shell is electrified, the switch trips, and the fan cannot be started, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. To ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed during the operation of the fan. After maintenance, a trial run should be conducted for about five minutes to confirm that there are no abnormal phenomena before starting the machine.

According to the environmental conditions of use, lubricating grease should be supplemented or replaced irregularly for the bearings (motor enclosed bearings do not need to be replaced with lubricating grease during their service life). To ensure good lubrication of the fan during operation, the oiling frequency should not be less than 1000 hours per time for the enclosed bearings and motor bearings. ZL-3 lithium based lubricating grease should be used to fill 2/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearings during oiling. Oil shortage operation is strictly prohibited.

The fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When storing fans outdoors, there should be defensive measures in place. During storage and handling, the fan should be protected from collision to prevent damage.

Installation precautions:

1. During the installation of the fan, a comprehensive inspection of all components should be conducted to ensure that the parts are complete and the connections between each component are secure.

2. When installing the fan, attention should be paid to maintaining the horizontal position of the fan, the joint surface between the fan and the foundation, and the connection of the air outlet duct. Long term supply of SJG diagonal flow fan has high cost-effectiveness and should be adjusted to be natural, without forced connection. It is not allowed to add the weight of the pipeline to the components of the fan, and it should be checked whether there are any fallen tools or other objects inside the fan.

3. After the installation of the fan, the impeller must be turned to check whether there is any phenomenon of the impeller rubbing against the casing.
