Product Introduction:
It is mainly used to measure the levels of radioactive nuclides in the human lungs and thyroid, as well as to evaluate the internal radiation dose. When it is necessary to focus on checking the levels of radioactive nuclides in special parts of the human body, in order to obtain a relatively low detection limit, a longer measurement time is required. Therefore, a seat type organ counter is designed, consisting of an upper partConsisting of one NaI detector and one 2L NaI detector at the bottom, the lower detector measures lung radioactivity, while the upper NaI detector measures thyroid radioactivity. Both the thyroid and lung detectors can perform radioactivity measurements simultaneously.
Special shielding and collimation designs were carried out from both the system structure (shielding of backboards, ground surfaces, etc.) and detector aspects to reduce the impact of environmental background on measurement results.
