Hydraulic nut cutter, also known as nut cutter, is used in some industries to easily cut corroded nuts that cannot be disassembled without damaging the anchor rod. The anchor rod can still be used next time. The nut cutter can solve the problem of disassembling and replacing bolts and nuts easily, quickly, safely, and efficiently without using fire, electricity, or damaging the bolt threads. All Sevis nut cutters are single acting, hydraulic propulsion, and spring return devices. The hydraulic power source can be provided by our hydraulic pump, electric pump, or pneumatic pump.
Operation Method:
1. Connect the quick connector of the nut cutter to the hose connector.
2. Tighten the joint to avoid obstruction of fluid flow. In order for the pump to operate correctly, the pump oil injection plug must be in the "exhaust" position.
3. Close the unloading valve of the pump. To eliminate any air remaining in the pump, hose, or cutter, push and retract the cutter blade several times under no load.
4. Place the head of the nut cutter on the nut, hold the nut cutter in the correct position, and turn on the pump until the cutter slices and cuts the nut.
5. Open the unloading valve of the pump, retract the cutter blade, and remove the cutter from the cut nut. Repeat the same cutting operation on the other side of the nut. Once the nut is completely cut, retract the cutting blade and move the nut breaker and the nut being cut.
Attention: Pour some cutting fluid onto nuts made of stainless steel or other hard materials before cutting to reduce wear and damage to the cutter blades.
