SP, SPR slurry pump

SP and SPR pumps are vertical centrifugal slurry pumps that are immersed underwater and used to transport abrasive, coarse particle, and high concentration slurry. It does not require any shaft seal or shaft seal water and can work normally even when the suction volume is insufficient.

The SP type pump body is made of wear-resistant metal, and the impeller is made of wear-resistant metal, rubber, or polyurethane material. The components of the SPR pump immersed in the liquid are lined with rubber. Suitable for conveying corrosive slurry.

1、 Application and Characteristics of SP SPR

The SP type pump body is made of wear-resistant metal, and the impeller is made of wear-resistant metal, rubber, or polyurethane material.

The SPR type submerged components are lined with rubber and suitable for transporting corrosive slurries.

The model includes the letter "L" for the extended shaft series submersible pump, which is suitable for deep liquid level mining. This pump adds a guide bearing structure on the basis of the standard pump, which runs more smoothly and is more widely applicable. But flushing water needs to be attached to the guide bearing area.

3、 Structure and installation type of SP submersible slurry pump:

The pump inlet is vertically downward, and the outlet is vertically upward on the other side of the pump. The pump is mainly composed of lower filter, pump body, impeller, shaft, guard plate, bracket and other parts. The upper part of the pump is supported by bearings; The pump is installed underwater without any shaft seals, and the overcurrent components are made of wear-resistant materials.

There are two types: BD and DC, namely belt drive and direct drive. The depth of immersion in the liquid can be determined within the standard size range according to the actual needs of the user.

From the direction of the pump suction port, it rotates counterclockwise.

6、 Structural characteristics of SP submersible slurry pump:

1. Adopting a vertical cantilever and single pump casing structure. 2. Double suction, semi open impeller design, using hard alloy or rubber impellers. 3. The cylindrical bearing component is designed with high-capacity bearings and lubricated with grease. 4. The gap between the impeller and the guard plate can be adjusted to ensure the efficient operation of the pump. 5. No shaft seal is required. 6. Pumps and drivers can be equipped with direct drive or V-belt drive. 7. The RVS type uses rubber overcurrent components and rubber lining for components in contact with the slurry, which is suitable for strong corrosive working conditions.
