SRG series (ball retainer type)

① The SRG type adopts a roller retainer, which can achieve smooth motion with low friction and is an ultra-high rigidity roller guide rail that achieves long-term operation without maintenance.

② Ultra high rigidity type

By using high rigidity rollers as rolling elements and making the total length of the rollers 1.5 times or more the diameter of the rollers, higher rigidity can be obtained.

③ 4-way equal load

In order to ensure that all four directions of force on the LM slider (radial, anti radial, and lateral) have the same rated load, each rolling column row is designed to be configured at a contact angle of 45 °, resulting in high rigidity in all directions.

④ Smooth motion achieved by preventing offset

By using roller retainers to evenly separate and arrange the rollers for circulation, it is possible to prevent roller displacement when the slider reaches the load area, and to minimize the fluctuation of rolling resistance, thereby achieving smooth and stable motion.
