The Germanjet digital to analog (D/A) conversion module is designed specifically for environments with severe interference. In daily work environments, analog signal transmission is prone to interference. The quality of transmission wires, the configuration of surrounding equipment, and the installation environment of wires can greatly affect the transmission of analog signals.

The Germanjet digital to analog conversion module is used in conjunction with the 1830 digital electronic ruler. The 1830 digital ruler transmits real-time displacement signals in digital format to the module installed inside the electrical control box for decoding. Then it is converted into a 0-10V voltage and transmitted to the standard analog input of the controller.There is a dedicated 24V voltage filtering and stabilization system inside the module. Provide the most complete power supply solution for displacement measurement. The unstable readings caused by the unstable voltage interference caused by the shared 24V power supply on the machine have been resolved.

This solution does not require any modifications to existing equipment configurations such as control computers and wiring, and the resulting displacement readings are more comparable to those obtained using fieldbus.
