The liquid level transmitter STH is a transmitter that uses the proportional relationship between liquid level height and pressure to detect liquid level height through pressure. The transmitter adopts a diffusion silicon sensitive core, which has stability and reliability, optional accuracy, overload pressure capability and other characteristics, suitable for measuring various media compatible with 316 stainless steel. Installation instructions (for reference only)

When measuring the static fluid level in an open container, place the level transmitter vertically at the bottom of the container, and fix the cable and junction box connecting the transmitter at the opening of the container. When the viscosity of the medium is high, a sleeve or bracket can be installed to ensure that the transmitter can be inserted into the bottom of the container. When measuring the water level in flowing water, a steel pipe with an inner diameter of about 50 centimeters can be inserted into the waterway. Several small holes can be opened in the opposite direction of the water flow in the pipe immersed in the water to allow water to enter the pipe. When there are significant fluctuations in water, medium, and sediment in the channel, the method of installing damping devices can be used to filter sediment and eliminate the adverse effects of dynamic pressure and waves, ensuring accurate measurement. When installing outdoors, the transmitter junction box should be placed in a ventilated and dry place as much as possible to avoid direct sunlight and rain, which can cause the housing temperature to be too high. When installing the product in areas with frequent lightning strikes, lightning protection should be specified when ordering. It is recommended that users install lightning protection devices on site and ensure reliable grounding of the product and power supply to reduce the probability of lightning damage to the transmitter. Or water may enter and damage the internal circuit board.

Selection Tips
1. The tested medium should be compatible with the material in contact with the product, and the density of the tested medium in the measured state (excluding water) should be indicated;
2. There are two types of cable materials, and polyurethane is relatively soft and has good wear resistance, which can be chosen for use. Unless otherwise specified, supply according to polyethylene cable material;
When the product is installed in the Duolei area, it should be indicated when ordering; Lightning protection; At the same time, it is recommended that users install lightning protection devices on site and ensure reliable grounding of the product and power supply;
