Installation Tip: ⑴ This product can utilize M20× The 1.5 interface should be directly installed on the pipeline (or container wall), and a copper or nylon pad should be added to the front end of the thread for sealing during installation. Moreover, the flat membrane sensing head at the threaded front end of the non cavity pressure transmitter cannot touch the front end and side wall of the installation part. Otherwise, it will affect the performance of the pressure transmitter. When measuring media with excessively high temperatures, pressure pipes or other cooling devices should be used to reduce the temperature to within the operating temperature range of the pressure transmitter. When installing outdoors, the transmitter should be placed in a ventilated and dry place as much as possible, avoiding direct exposure to strong light and rain, otherwise it will cause performance degradation or malfunction. If the transmitter is found to have no output or abnormal output after installation, please check: ① Is the electrical connection accurate and secure; ② Is the supply voltage too low and is the load resistance too high. |
