SYK-2122C Petroleum Product Trace Moisture Tester

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the Chinese standard GB/T 7600 "Determination of Moisture Content in Running Transformers (Coulombic Method)". It is an upgraded product of our company's fully automatic trace moisture tester and is suitable for determining the trace moisture content in liquid petroleum products according to the methods specified in the above standards. This instrument is also suitable for determining the trace moisture content in liquid petroleum products according to the industry standard SH/T 0246 "Determination of Moisture Content in Light Petroleum Products (Electricity Method)" of the People's Republic of China.

This instrument adopts microcomputer control technology, which has the characteristics of fast analysis speed, high accuracy, LCD screen display, automatic printing, and has functions such as instrument fault self diagnosis and menu selection; It is a fully functional, easy to operate, and fully automatic measuring and analyzing instrument.

1、 Main technical features

1. Adopting a 240 × 128 dot matrix LCD with no labeled buttons and a user-friendly interface;

2. The high-precision measurement electrode signal generation and detection circuit enables fast and accurate determination of the electrolysis endpoint, and has strong anti-interference ability;

3. Two methods are used to correct the measurement results: electrolyte blank current compensation and equilibrium point drift compensation;

4. Equipped with automatic detection function for measuring electrode open circuit faults and short circuit faults;

5. Automatically store historical records with time stamps, up to 255 data points;

6. Calendar clock with temperature compensation, accurate timing, automatic recording of measured date and time, can run for more than 10 years in the event of power failure;

7. Equipped with screen saver function, if the instrument is not operated for a long time, the LCD screen will automatically turn off, extending its lifespan. Press any key to exit the screen saver state;

8. Leave a USB interface for easy communication with the computer.
