This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements and relevant regulations of GB/T 4509-1998/2010 "Determination of Penetration of Petroleum Asphalt", GB/T269 "Determination of Cone Penetration of Lubricating Greases and Stone Greases" and JTG E20-2011 "Test Code for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" in the People's Republic of China's transportation industry standard T0604-2011 "Asphalt Penetration Test". It is mainly suitable for testing the penetration of asphalt and the cone penetration of lubricating grease (or stone grease). This instrument can also be used for the inspection of solid particles, powders, colloids, frozen bodies and other materials, as well as food raw materials such as cheese, sugar gum, butter, malt extract, cream, fermented bodies, etc. It can be widely used in the food industry, transportation and highway engineering, and other industrial sectors.
1、 Main technical features
1. Using a digital display to show the penetration value, it is intuitive and eye-catching.
2. The needle insertion timing control device has a total of 6 levels, with high timing accuracy.
3. It has the functions of coarse and fine adjustment of the lifting frame, easy adjustment, and accurate needle alignment.
4. Equipped with a tamper, a constant temperature bath, and automatic temperature control for the water bath, this machine is versatile and cost-effective.
5. Choosing different configurations such as standard needles, sample dishes, thermometers, and weights can be suitable for measuring according to the T0604-2011 standard in national standards GB/T 4509-1998, GB/T 4509-2010, and JTG E20-2011 (see Section 4, Instrument Accessories Configuration Table).

2. Needle insertion time control device: can select 5 seconds, 8 seconds, 10 seconds, 12 seconds, 30 seconds, and 60 seconds respectively, with a time error of less than ± 0.1 seconds;

4. Needle insertion accuracy: ± 1 needle insertion degree;
5. Standard needle: 50mm, 2.5g ± 0.05g (basic configuration, see Section 4, Instrument Accessories Configuration Table for details);

Our company's SYK-2801 series penetration tester is designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements and relevant regulations of the Chinese standard GB/T 4509-1998/2010 "Determination of Penetration of Petroleum Asphalt" and the Chinese transportation industry standard JTG E20-2011 "Test Code for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" T0604-2011 "Penetration Test of Asphalt". By selecting different standard needles, sample dishes, thermometers, and weights, different standard viscosity tests can be achieved.
When selecting a needle penetration tester, users should choose different configurations based on Table 1 or specify which standard to use for testing to choose the corresponding needle penetration tester.
