This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the Chinese standard GB/T 4929 "Determination of Drip Point of Lubricating Greases", and is suitable for measuring the drop point of lubricating grease according to the test method specified in GB/T 4929 standard.
1、 Main technical features
1. The oil bath is composed of a high-temperature resistant beaker, heater, and electric stirrer. The heating power is continuously adjustable, and the temperature inside the bath is uniform, meeting the requirements of the test.
2. The instrument is designed as a desktop structure, compact and beautiful, easy to use, and fully equipped. Users can conduct experiments after purchasing.
2、 Main technical parameters and indicators
1. Working power supply: AC (220 ± 10%) V, 50Hz.
2. Oil bath: beaker with a volume of 600ml.
3. Fat cup: made of chrome plated brass, with an inner diameter of Φ 9.92mm, a drip hole of Φ 2.8mm, and a cup height of 12mm.
4. Test tube: A heat-resistant borosilicate glass test tube with edges, with an inner diameter of Φ 11.1 to Φ 12.7mm, and three grooves on the circumference 19mm away from the bottom to support the grease cup.
5. Temperature gauge: The temperature measurement range is (-5~300) ℃, the division value is 1 ℃, the immersion depth is 76 millimeters, and the total length is 390mm.
