2、 Main data of reciprocating vibrating screen machine:
Amplitude of 40mm, frequency of 240beats per minute, external dimensions of 470 × 285 × 290mm, voltage of 220V, timing of 0-12 minutes (manual operation outside of 12 minutes). Screen plate specification: 300 × 220mm
3、 Operation of reciprocating vibrating screen machine: 1. Connect the power supply. If timing (within 12 minutes) is required, adjust the timer to the desired position and lock the vibrating screen. 2. Fix a square sieve with a size of 300 × 220mm (one or a set of sieves can be installed as needed) on the sieve frame, tighten the butterfly nut on the sliding rod, and load the sample to be screened into the sieve. 3. Press the start button, and the machine will automatically stop running for the required screening time. Manually shut down after 12 minutes. 4. Remove the sieve, weigh the samples on each level of sieve, and score the sieve results.
