The test exposes the sample to a series of cyclic environments under different conditions. The spray system consists of a salt water tank, a pneumatic system, a salt water storage tank, a spray tower, a nozzle, etc. The natural drop is used to flow salt water from the outside to the laboratory, and the salt solution is atomized by compressed air through the spray nozzle. The temperature in the box is heated by the electric blanket heating wire on the box wall. When the temperature is stable, turn on the spray switch, and then conduct the salt spray test. Compared with the ordinary salt spray test machine, the temperature in the test room in this state is heated by the built-in water tank type heating. While ensuring the temperature uniformity, the influence of water vapor of the ordinary salt spray test machine on the test results is minimized.
