1、 Product Introduction:
The salt spray mist treatment system (model: AOTSI-500) is a new patented product developed by Autens Company. It is a low energy consumption and effective waste gas treatment device. Through a dual purification method, the exhaust gas meets the direct discharge standard. First, an alkaline solution is sprayed to reach the acid-base balance, and then the water vapor discharged from the spray tower is dried by rapid drying. Salt mist purification box, also known as salt mist treatment device, salt mist exhaust gas processor, salt mist absorption tower, salt mist absorber, etc. Mainly used for neutral salt spray test exhaust emissions, acidic salt spray test exhaust emissions, acidic atmosphere test exhaust emissions, sulfur dioxide test exhaust emissions and other fields.
2、 Working principle:
1. Introduce salt spray mist into the purification spray tower, which is filled with corrosion-resistant hollow spheres. Water or sodium hydroxide solution is sprayed from the top of the spray tower by circulating water through a water pump. The hollow spheres allow gases containing salt or acid to fully contact the solution, achieving acid-base balance and purifying the gas.
2. The moist gas from the spray tower is introduced into the drying and purification area, controlled by a high-precision touch screen temperature control system, which quickly and effectively dries the water vapor, ensuring that the discharged gas does not corrode external metals and does not pollute the environment.
3、 Product composition:
The salt spray mist treatment system is divided into equipment base, spray tower, control box, water pump, drying area, heating system, temperature control system, observation window, discharge port, nozzle, mist inlet, dry gas discharge port, filter, water level sensor, touch screen controller, over temperature protection device, water pump abnormal alarm device, and timing device.
