1、 Product Usage

The particle size analyzer is an instrument that accurately measures the appearance quality of rice using an electronic eye. The instrument judges the appearance quality of each grain of rice through three sensors and an image processing system, displays and grades it based on weight ratio, and provides objective data. Mainly used for scientific research, monitoring, breeding, business acquisition, storage, rice processing, and quality testing of finished rice products.

1. Objective and accurate measurement. Using the principle of high-speed color RGB primary color image processing, objectively evaluate the appearance color and shape of brown rice and white rice.

2. By using image processing technology, it is possible to determine the distribution map of rice whiteness, length, width, and thickness, including mean and standard deviation.

3. SatakeDiscriminant algorithms can perform instantaneous high-speed calculations and accurately and precisely distinguish the data detected by sensors.

4. The measurement part has a built-in reference board with automatic calibration function, and uses high-quality LED light sources for stable testing.
