1. Compressor: Imported semi closed screw compressors such as BITZER, HANBELL, RefComp, etc. are selected, with a 5:6 ultra high efficiency screw rotor design, which is 20-30% more energy-efficient than general compressors. It has the advantages of smooth and reliable operation, high efficiency, low failure, and easy maintenance. For the operation of the unit at full or partial load, each compressor can be controlled using stepless or 75% segment capacity.

3. Condenser and evaporator: The condenser of the screw type freezer adopts different types of heat exchange copper tubes from Germany, Japan, and domestic countries. The inner surface of the copper tube is smooth, which reduces water pressure and is easy to clean and maintain
4. The evaporator adopts an internally threaded high-efficiency heat exchange copper tube. The outer surface of the copper tube is spiral smooth, and the water side baffle adopts a non short circuit design, which improves the efficiency of chilled water mixing heat transfer
