Sealed locking valveIt is suitable for working conditions with pressure. It adopts a closed rotor and can be used in suction type, pressure type airflow conveying systems, and negative pressure conveying equipment. The sealed air lock valve can ensure that the airflow pressure inside the conveying pipe does not leak, and can transport and collect materials. Therefore, as an unloading device, the sealed air lock valve is called an air lock. It not only can withstand pressure, but also has ordinary functions.
Installation of Sealed Lock Valve:
1After receiving the air lock valve, before opening the box, check whether the packaging is intact and whether there is any moisture. If the motor is damp, it should be treated according to the motor drying method.
2After opening the lock valve box, carefully inspect whether the machine has been damaged or deformed during transportation, whether the assembly is good, and whether the fasteners are loose or detached. Thoroughly verify whether all data of the air lock valve meets the requirements.
3The transportation and storage requirements after packaging the air lock valve should be leveled and placed steadily. When stored outdoors, measures should be taken to prevent rain, sun exposure, and water accumulation; Indoor storage should have good ventilation and moisture-proof measures.
4.Sealed locking valveBefore installation, the air damper must be checked, the impeller must rotate flexibly, the connection part of the feeding cylinder must be tight, and other connecting parts must not be loose.
5When installing the air lock valve, consideration should be given to the position of the dust collector or discharge device, as well as the feeding and discharging positions of the air damper, in order to arrange them reasonably. The installation of the foot plate or frame should be flat. If it bends unevenly, it must be leveled or padded, and the fastening bolts should be installed according to the size.
6The installation site of the air lock valve should ensure good ventilation and cooling conditions. The motor of the combined air damper must be equipped with overload protection to prevent motor burnout. If neededTGFYSeries series installation, not exceeding five units, spacing can be customized according to the equipment. Before installation, use a wrench to turn the square tenon of the air conditioner. If there is a stuck edge, use a wooden hammer to lightly tap the square tenon at the shaft end, or loosen the fastening bolts on the impeller before use.
7Before using the material, the air lock valve must be activated before starting the fan. When parking, the fan should be stopped first after the material in the ash discharge valve has been discharged, and then the fan should be turned off. If there is any abnormal noise during the operation of the ash discharge valve, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. Before the fault is identified and eliminated, it should be switched to start operation.
8Good lubrication should be ensured during the operation of the air lock valve, and the lubricating grease should generally be changed every six months. Calcium based lubricating grease is used for the bearings of the lock valve section, and for the reducer section3#Lithium based grease or molybdenum disulfide grease. When the bearing wear intensifies, the vibration and noise of the machine during operation will significantly increase, and the bearing should be replaced in a timely manner. This machine should be regularly checked for lubrication with mechanical oil and cannot operate without oil.
9.Sealed locking valveWhen the material is oily or adhesive, the attachments on the inner wall of the machine casing and the surface of the impeller should be cleaned regularly to facilitate normal unloading and ensure the normal operation of the production process.
