Product Introduction
The impact testing machine simulates the use of office chairs and tests the ability of the chair armrest structure to withstand vertical pressure and repeated load pressure. This load can be seen as the force generated by using the armrest as a support when leaving the seat.
Testing Machine - Testing Function
Test nature: Comprehensive performance testing project, evaluating the durability of the chair surface under vertical force.
Test object: entire chair, suitable for category, all chairs
Test program: consisting of impact seat surface test and static pressure front angle test.
Impact test: A sand bag with a diameter of 16 inches and a weight of 125 pounds is dropped from a position 1 inch above the seat surface at a speed of 10-30 CPM and impacts the seat surface 100000 times.
Static pressure test: A pressure block with a diameter of 8 inches and a weight of 165 pounds is slowly pressed onto the front left and right corners of the chair at a speed of 10-30CPM 20000 times each
Result evaluation: After testing, the entire chair will not lose its function.
Performance: The magnetic suction cup drives the sandbag, and when power is lost, the sandbag falls freely and impacts the chair;
One machine for two uses, toggle switch to select impact or static pressure testing mode;
125 pound standard sand bag with thick canvas outer layer, moisture-proof canvas inner layer, and electroplated steel balls inside;
Electric adjustment of the horizontal bar to float up and down;
Testing Machine - Technical Parameters
1. Two sets of pneumatic actuators can be installed in a 10 degree movable inclined or vertically fixed manner In addition, two sets of horizontally installed actuators can be used for testing the horizontal thrust of chair legs. The adjustment range of these two sets of horizontally installed brakes is as low as 20mm, as high as 250mm, and as high as 60kg. The brakes on both sides can work separately or simultaneously.
