Self operated steam regulating valve suitable for non corrosive media Germany VATTEN
Self operated regulating valve, also known as self operated control valve, is a type of regulating valve that relies on the pressure and temperature of the medium flowing through the valve as energy to drive the valve to work automatically, without the need for external power supply and secondary instruments. Self operated regulating valves use feedback signals (pressure, pressure difference, temperature) from the valve output end to be transmitted through signal pipes to the actuator to drive the valve disc and change the opening of the valve. The purpose of self operated regulating valves is to regulate pressure, flow rate, and temperature. Pneumatic diaphragm regulating valve is the execution unit of automation control system in industrial production process. It changes the opening angle of the valve according to the signal of the regulating instrument, thereby achieving the adjustment of parameters such as pressure, temperature, flow rate and liquid level.
Construction and working principle
1. Structure: The pneumatic diaphragm regulating valve consists of a pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a regulating valve. The new series of pneumatic actuator mechanisms adopt a multi spring structure. Therefore, the height of the actuator is significantly reduced, and the weight is correspondingly reduced. The regulating valve body is a low flow resistance valve body designed according to fluid dynamics principles, and the rated flow system is increased by about 30%. Pneumatic diaphragm regulating valves have two modes of operation: pneumatic opening and pneumatic closing. The selection of pneumatic opening and pneumatic closing is mainly based on production safety considerations, taking into account the interruption of input signals,
The valve is in a fast closing state for system safety.
2. Working principle: The action of the pneumatic diaphragm regulating valve is controlled by the signal pressure from the regulator, which is input into the air chamber of the pneumatic diaphragm actuator to generate thrust. The valve core is pushed through the connecting rod to produce corresponding displacement - the so-called stroke. The change in the position of the valve core changes the flow cross-sectional area of the valve, thereby achieving the purpose of regulating the flow rate of the medium.
