Equipment Introduction:

The MT-5 ultrasonic plastic hose sealing machine is an advanced equipment for sealing plastic hoses. It applies the principle of ultrasonic welding, causing the ultrasonic transducer to generate ultrasonic waves of about 20KHZ, which are transmitted through the tool head to the sealing part of the plastic hose, causing it to generate high impact heat and quickly melt to bond. Therefore, no additional accessories are needed, the sealing speed is fast, the quality is good, and the appearance is beautiful, solving the disadvantages of using adhesives or hot melt welding.

This device is used for sealing plastic hoses in industries such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.

Working principle and machine mechanism:

After the machine is ready, place the plastic hose that needs to be sealed into the open tool head, step on the foot switch, and the ultrasonic generator program circuit is started. First, connect the power supply of the two position five way solenoid valve to move the cylinder inward, and press the plastic hose tightly through the front tool head. After a delay, the ultrasonic power circuit starts working, and the ultrasonic transducer outputs ultrasonic waves to heat the plastic hose. After the predetermined ultrasonic time is over, it enters the holding time to cool the heated plastic hose and increase the sealing quality. After the holding time is over, the power supply of the two position five way solenoid valve is turned off, the cylinder resets outward, and the entire working process ends.

This equipment mainly consists of a sealing machine and an ultrasonic generator.
