Product Introduction
The weighing type filling and sealing production line is a semi-automatic single head weighing type filling machine paired with an online capping machine. The equipment is compact and practical, suitable for filling 5-30KG open barrels (other barrel types can be customized). During filling, empty barrels are manually placed and the start button is activated. After filling is completed, the lid is placed and the barrel is pushed out of the filling position. The power drum automatically transfers to the capping machine for capping. After the capping is completed, it can be transported to the finished product conveyor to complete the entire operation process, and only one person is needed to complete the entire production process. This model of filling machine greatly reduces production labor costs for customers and is an ideal choice for large, medium, and small liquid filling enterprises.
