2、 Working principle
The operation status of the semi immersed fiber disc filter is divided into two relatively independent and simultaneous processes: raw water filtration and backwashing sludge discharge. Both are completed at different positions on the same filter.
1、Raw water filtration: The sewage to be filtered enters the inner side of the rotating center cylinder of the filter through gravity drop, and there is a square water distribution hole on the rotating center cylinder. The sewage flows into the drum and enters the inner chambers of each filter disc through the water distribution port, then passes through the filter cloth, so that the suspended solids in the sewage are trapped on the inside of the filter disc. The filtered water is discharged through overflow collection. The device is in a stationary state during filtering.
2、Backwash: The sludge in the sewage is collected on the inside of the filter cloth, gradually forming a sludge layer. As sludge accumulates on the filter cloth, the filtration resistance of the filter cloth increases, and the water level of the filter gradually rises.
