The sewage elbow flowmeter mainly consists of elbow sensors, instruments or DCS systems, differential pressure transmitters, and some pipeline valves. When temperature and pressure compensation are required for flow measurement, pressure transmitters and temperature transmitters should also be equipped.
Product Details

Differential pressure bend tube flowmeter is a new generation of flow measurement system designed and manufactured based on fluid mechanics and dynamics theory. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, thermoelectric, textile, pharmaceutical, petroleum, natural gas, papermaking, tobacco, food processing and other industries. It can measure liquids, gases, steam and directly connect with thermal power generation. DCS systems are suitable for various industrial sites and can be used as measuring equipment for long-term flow monitoring.

1. Long service life: The bend tube sensor has good temperature resistance, pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, vibration resistance, and is insensitive to trace wear. The lifespan of the sensor after special processing is at least the same as that of the pipeline.
2. Strong adaptability: The bend tube sensor can be used normally in high temperature, high pressure, dust, vibration, humidity, and other harsh environments.
3. High measurement accuracy and good repeatability: The elbow flowmeter system has a measurement accuracy of up to 1% or 1.5%, and a repeatability accuracy of up to 0.2%.
4. Wide range of measurement: Flow rate measurement range: 0.2-12 meters/second for liquid media, 5-160 meters/second for steam or gas media. Pipe diameter range: Φ 10 to Φ 2000mm.
5. The requirements for the straight pipe section are not strict: the first five (5D) and second two (2D) of the straight pipe section can fully meet the usage requirements.
6. Easy to install, wear-resistant, and maintenance free: Due to the insensitivity of the bend sensor to wear, it can be directly welded and installed on the pipeline. After one welding is completed, there are no more headaches such as leaks, and maintenance is not required.
7. No additional pressure loss: The bend tube sensor does not have any inserts or throttling components, so it will not cause additional pressure loss to the measured fluid during the flow measurement process, which can save the power consumption of fluid transportation and energy.
