Electromagnetic flow sensors are made based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. The conductor that cuts the magnetic field lines is not a typical metal, but a liquid fluid or liquid-solid two-phase fluid with a certain conductivity. When the measured conductive medium cuts magnetic field lines in a magnetic field. Induced electromotive force is generated in a conductive medium, which is detected by a pair of electrodes. The voltage signal V can be expressed by the following equation: V=KBDVK: proportionality constant B: magnetic induction intensity D: measuring tube inner diameter v: measuring the average flow velocity signal v within the Cao section. After processing by a converter, a frequency signal o5VOCO-5VDC that is linearly related to the flow rate is generated for later instrument integration or control.
