◆The main valve sealing pair adopts a triple eccentric metal seal or double eccentric rubber seal structure, which is easy to open and close and reliable in sealing; And there is an additional increased eccentricity, which gives the valve good self sealing performance. The medium and small diameter butterfly plates are designed as streamlined flat plate structures, while the large diameter butterfly plate is designed with a double flat plate truss structure, resulting in small displacement and smooth water flow. The valve flow resistance coefficient is 0.1-0.6, much lower than that of the check valve (1.7-2.6), and the energy-saving effect is significant.

The heavy hammer control system is further divided into ordinary heavy hammer type, automatic pressure holding heavy hammer type (B), and locking type automatic pressure holding heavy hammer type (S); The accumulator type control system is divided into ordinary accumulator type (X) and lock type accumulator type (XS).
◆Valves are mainly composed of four parts: valve body, transmission mechanism, hydraulic station, and electrical control box.
◆The valve body is composed of main components such as valve body, butterfly plate, valve shaft, sliding bearing, and sealing assembly.
◆The heavy hammer type generally adopts a horizontal structure, and the valve shaft adopts a half shaft structure.
◆The accumulator type is generally arranged horizontally; Vertical layout can also be adopted according to user requirements.
◆The transmission mechanism is mainly composed of hydraulic cylinders, rocker arms, supporting wall panels (including heavy hammers, levers, locking cylinders, etc.), and other connecting and transmission components. It is the main actuator for hydraulic power to open and close valves.

◆When arranged horizontally, the transmission mechanism is generally installed in the forward direction; When limited by on-site space, reverse installation can also be used according to user requirements.The hydraulic station includes components such as oil pump unit, manual pump, accumulator, solenoid valve, relief valve, flow control valve, globe valve, hydraulic manifold block, oil tank, etc.
◆In the heavy hammer automatic pressure holding system, the accumulator is used as a compensation for system pressure.
◆In the locking type heavy hammer automatic pressure holding system, the accumulator is used for compensating the system pressure and unlocking the locking cylinder.
◆In an accumulator system, the accumulator provides the main power source for valve opening and closing.

◆Manual pumps are used for system debugging and valve opening and closing under special operating conditions.
◆The control characteristics of the hydraulic system solenoid valve directional valve are generally positive acting type, that is, the solenoid valve opens the butterfly valve when powered on and closes the butterfly valve when powered off; On the contrary, it is a reactive type, where the solenoid valve loses power and the butterfly valve closes. The conventional matching electromagnetic directional valve is a positive acting type, and the use of a reverse acting type should be specified when ordering.
◆The hydraulic system and valves can be installed as a whole or separately. Unless otherwise specified by the user, it is a complete installation. When the accumulator is arranged vertically, it is installed separately.
